What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved by your browser on your device. They remember settings and recognise that the site has been visited before. They contain no software or viruses and give no access to the contents of your device.
The site is operated, and cookies are placed, by Marcin Rębacz, contact: kontakt@mrebacz.pl.
Which cookies I use
The site uses two categories:
- Necessary — they make the site work and remember your consent choice. Their basis is Art. 173(3) of the Polish Telecommunications Act, so they require no consent and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _gid). They measure traffic: number of visits, pages viewed and time spent. Stored only after you give consent.
In addition, one entry named “mrebacz:consent” is stored in your browser's local storage, holding your consent choice and its date. Without it the banner would ask again on every visit.
Consent and Consent Mode
No analytics cookies are stored before you consent. The site uses Google Consent Mode v2, in which all categories are denied by default and Google tools only start in a restricted mode after your decision.
Consent is voluntary. Refusing does not restrict access to any part of the site — rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting and offered in the same place.
How to change or withdraw consent
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer or the button below. Withdrawing consent also deletes any analytics cookies stored earlier.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Browser settings
Regardless of the settings on this site, you can manage cookies in your browser — block them, delete them, or ask to be notified each time one is stored. The relevant options are in your browser's privacy settings.
Restricting cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.
Third-party providers
Analytics cookies come from Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). IP addresses are anonymised and the data is not used for ad personalisation.
The contact form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA v3. The reCAPTCHA script is only loaded once you start filling in the form, not when you open the page.
Changes
This document may be updated, for example when the tools used change. The current version is always published at this address, together with the date of the last update.
