Frequently askedQUESTIONS:
It depends on whether you already have an idea. If you do, we work out the best way to bring it to life, agree on a date and I share practical preparation tips before the shoot. If you do not have a concept yet, we develop one together. Finished materials are usually delivered within 3 business days.
It is best to get in touch at least one week in advance. In some cases a shoot can be arranged from one day to the next, so it is always worth asking about availability.
Every project is different. Pricing depends on the location, shoot duration, number of deliverables and complexity of the edit. Send me the details and I will prepare a clear quote for your project.
The main factors are the type and number of deliverables, location, shoot duration, number of people involved and the scope of editing and post-production. All costs are agreed before the project begins.
Yes. Every quote is tailored to the actual scope of the project and the client's needs, so you only pay for the materials you genuinely need.
Tell me what we are filming or photographing, such as an event, a new car, a presenter-led sales reel or a YouTube video. Please also include the location, expected shoot duration and who will take part.
As long as we need to create the agreed material. Shorter projects usually take around 2–3 hours, while event coverage can require up to 8 hours. The expected duration is always agreed in advance.
Most projects are delivered within 3 business days. Larger productions can take up to 5 business days. Express delivery within 24 hours is also available for an additional fee.
You will receive a private link where you can conveniently view and download all finished photos and videos. No additional app or account is required.
The number of deliverables is agreed before the shoot. It may be a package of 10, 50 or even 100 photos, or one video through to a full series of short-form content. The scope is matched to your needs and publishing plan.
Yes. Each piece is prepared in the appropriate aspect ratio, resolution and length for its intended platform. I can also deliver multiple versions, such as a vertical reel and a horizontal edit for YouTube or a website.
Yes. Standard revisions such as changing a shot, correcting captions or fonts, and making small editing adjustments are not a problem. Major changes that differ significantly from the agreed concept are quoted separately.
Of course. If you do not have an idea yet, we will find the right direction together. You do not need to be a social media specialist to run your business. I will help turn what you want to communicate into a clear format and shot plan.
No. Automotive content is my main specialization, but I am open to other industries and formats. I have also created event coverage, commercial brand content and presenter-led sales reels.
Yes. I work with dealerships, brands and event organizers, as well as private clients who want professional photos or video of their car.
I work throughout Kraków. If your project is located outside the city, send me the details and I will confirm whether the date and location are possible. Remember to include the location in your first message.
I monitor the forecast before every outdoor shoot. If rain or other conditions make the project impossible, we move it to another date. Light rain is not always a problem and can sometimes create a more distinctive visual effect.
If you do not have a location in mind, I can help choose one that suits the car and the character of the project. The car should be thoroughly washed. For interior shots, it is worth tidying and vacuuming the cabin and wiping down screens and glossy surfaces.
Usage rights are agreed individually before the project. A private car shoot may require different terms from an advertising campaign or ongoing brand communication.
